WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

Shipping Methods

By default, standard orders are delivered by the lowest rates from USPS, FedEx, or UPS. One and two disc orders are usually sent by by USPS first class mail (estimated 3-10 business days) unless Priority Mail is purchased. Shipping times vary based on your proximity to California. If you live in an area close to California, your package will likely arrive in approximately 3-4 Business days. If you live back east, or international, it is not uncommon for a shipment to take over a week if you do not purchase a priority upgrade.

Processing Time

At AGL Discs we pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders. Because of the volume we do USPS picks up packages from our warehouse once a day, around 4pm.

Orders made by 2:00pm Pacific Time are almost always shipped the same business day. (*Orders made on Saturday by 12noon will be shipped the same day. **Orders made on Sunday will be sent out with Monday's Pick-ups.)

Because there is no USPS mail service on federal holiday's, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following Business day.

Tracking Information

Order and tracking history are found by logging into your AGL Discs Account. Customers are also emailed a tracking number when the order is processed by our shipping department. (*Which is why we strongly advise you to input your email!)

While the tracking information is usually accurate, it is not uncommon for a USPS package to arrive a day or two later than estimated at the creation of the tracking number. If your package does not arrive on the day indicated on your tracking link, please be patient. We do not have any more information than you receive with your tracking number.

*If there are any issues, please take it up with the shipping provider. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

AGL Discs Return Policy:

Items purchased, but unused may be returned to AGL Discs at the buyers shipping expense within 30x Days of purchase. 
Customers may choose from the following options for returned items in new condition:
  • A. Refunded minus a 10% restock fee
  • B. Fully refunded with AGL Discs store credit. 
  • C. Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.
If a disc has been thrown, or item used, we can not accept returns.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will pay for the shipping of the item to be returned, or work out another alternative to rectify our error.

 

IS THE PICTURE I SEE, THE DISC I WILL RECEIVE?

Items used for pictures are to show a representation of the batch/run, in that color. It is NOT the disc that you will receive! (*Unless from the Summit Stash, or otherwise noted). 

ALL items purchased will be selected, at random, by our warehouse manager: Ava J. If you have a particular preference, or something that you would NOT like, then please let us know in the notes section of your order. We will always do our best to accommodate (*depending on current stock). 

Weights can be selected from the drop down, under each product. If NO drop down is available, then that means it is the last one and usually has the weight marked in the product description area.
